Granites, Yellow Bellies, Ebony/Ivory.... Interesting Belly Shots....

Oz Jul 08, 2004 06:14 PM

Here's a couple of pics of a female granite. Her belly closely resembles the Yellow Bellies I have seen, although it lacks the intense yellow coloring. Glad I got a pair a few weeks back!

Another shot:

This Ivory/Ebony/Yellow Belly/Granite thing is very reminiscent of the Blue Eyed Lucy thing. I have a hunch we are dealing with similar mechanics here. Once we figure out one we'll figure out the other.

I would also like to see some belly shots of the Ebony. Jared can you hook that up??? I can't help but notice a few similarities to the stripers me and Wyatt own. Check out a pic of my animal and you'll see the similarities are strong. Damn, can't wait to breed the little guy!

Baby Pic of the Hyper-Striper:

By the way, congrats to Emir!

Thanks for looking and I appreciate any feedback!

Amir produced them yes.
I saw the Ebony ball in person today and you know how yellowbelleis have the sides coming up with the blushing, notice how it is in the "black" sripes that go up the body? Well I noticed the Ebony has a very faint pattern of yelowbelly blushings, but they all are a continous blushing all teh way up and down, both sides.
Instead of being only on the black(or a normal yellowbelly), they are all over the sides.
Pretty neat animal,
and most of us would laugh at Amir because of his big group of granites.
Now look at what happened, whos laughing now, lol.
