Does anybody spray bio mist skin conditioner on their pythons to aid in shedding? or does old fasion water mist work just as good?

Good old high humidity works. H2o is the best skin conditioner. Alot of people keep their Bp's too dry. They love high humidity without being wet.

you can also always add a humid hide to the warm side of the tank.
