Hi everyone,
This is to follow up on an earlier Reptisun 10.0 thread.
This is the first time I've seen these and they look great! Seems like a better option than mercury vapors, anyway. I've tried so many and they've all died on me within a month or two. I've been told by one manufacturer that they are extremely sensitive to power surges and movement (no kidding!). I still actually have one that still works, but I'm afraid to use it because I see the thing constantly flickering.
How long have the Reptisun 10.0 bulbs been out on the market, does anyone know? I don't see them on ZooMed's site and they only seem to be available for purchase in 2-3 online stores. Would love to try them and eventually carry them in our own store, but if I could find some data on them beforehand, that would be great.
