just earlier today i got my turtles some feeder fish (which ive done before)and like before they went bananas over them.Right after they finished one of my sliders started poking his/her head all the way out of the water and started making some kind of frog like sounds.some of the sounds were squeeky. some were like a deep frog sound. so if anyone knows why all of a sudden one of my sliders decided to make noise , let me know.she could have just been in a good mood or wanted more food. lol

More like she had a chunk of fish in her throat and that was causing her to whistle. Keep an eye on her. If this persists beyond the immediate feeding time she could have a respiratory infection.

no it wasnt a piece of fish in her throat , becuase when she did the sounds she was moving her throat in and out while she make the sounds. she made these sounds quit a few times also.

I'd vet the turtle, they dont make sounds. could be a breathing problem. Pick him up and listen to his breathing, should sound like unobstructed air, sometimes ya might feel it if you put them up close to ya.
