Here's our only surviving Barneck we hatched last summer from a pretty messed up clutch of eggs. His name is Solo.
The first pic is of him last November at approx. 4 months.
The second was taken about a week ago. He is now really beginning to lose his red baby colors and moving to the golden green adult colors. He is quite the little terror when he's in his cage but once I've gotten him out, he's tame as a kitten.
Many of our other scrubs are like that too.
It has been great to see him grow so far.

Wow, very interesting coloration...the lights are very much so and the darks are more brown/rust than we usually see. I'm sure he hold a special place in your hearts, as I know he would mine. Can't wait to see how that one turns out.
