As far as I know, the Jungle Ball is still unproven. They do pop up in captive breedings and show up in the spring from Africa, but they have never been reproduced in calculated breedings. Kevin at Nerd has a little info on his site about them. Here is a picture of a female Jungle I produced a couple years or so ago from 2 seemingly normal parents. As far a het Jungle, you would be getting a normal in my opinion that probably wouldn't produce one even if bred to a true Jungle, but 25.00 is a good price for a normal ball! Hope this helps!
