my leo that i got today is taking food fine, i was feeding him half inch crickets, i put two in at a time watched him eat them then did the same thing till nine crickets. He would still go for more, but i didn't really know what the limit should be for crickets everyday. I dont want him over weight. He has a nice fat tail im guessing about 5-6months. about 3 inchs nose to vent. And how much half inch crickets should i feed him a day!!

Hes very active and is a little jumpy im not handling him yet!!
Gave me a little nip when picking out poop lol. Not very scared tho he come right up to you untill u make a loud noise or move to fast(sometimes)

If he's that young feed him as much as he'll take to help his growth.

You can worry later about putting him on a diet rather than suffer thin and sickly geckos that we read too much about.
PS- my females is on a diet, she's getting a little round but dont' tell her i said so

If he's still screaming, I'd say he's about 2 months old. Yep, let him eat til his belly drags on the floor. Like snarks said, is better to start out fat and get skinny then vice versa.
