Florida Chicken Turtle

Brady Jul 09, 2004 01:02 PM

I have been looking at the prices of turtles for sale lately and even wholesale prices for the chicken turtle are way more than red ears, yellow bellies or what have you. I was just wondering why they are so much more expensive and what is so special about them. I think that a yellow bellied slider is just as nice but thats just my opinion.
Thanks,
Brady

P.S. Sorry if they aren't sliders and this is the wrong place to post

They aren't as commonly found as the other species. That is why they are more expensive.
