can I feed mealworms[giant mealworms] only?

amounts for babys and adults if so THANKS

You can feed mealworms and superworms but not giant mealworms because they have hormones in them.For babys feed medium mealies as many as they'll eat or small supers as many as they'll eat and supplement every feeding with calcium and d3 and 3 times aweek with vitamins.For adults feed normal mealies as many as they'll eat and supplement every other feeding with calcium and d3 and 1 feeding a week with vitamins or medium-large supers with same supplementation.
