Hi this is my first time in the forums. I recently purchased a venezuelan rainbow and have had trouble finding much info about them. I also have 1.1 redtail boas and 1.0 JCP. If anyone has any info please help.

Venezuelan Rainbow you may be talking about an Epicrates cenchria maurus or better know as Colombian rainbow, you can search under Colombian rainbow and you are going to find a lot of info. Your snake may come from differents country but a maurus is a maurus in Colombia or Venezuela, but if you could post a picture of your snake would be better

My Rainbow look exactly like the one herpconsultants2 just posted on July 7. It 3.5 to 4 ft in length and feeds great on f/t.

Hi the snake you probably have is E.c.crassus. You keep them like a reg colombian. I have a pair and they are great animals.
The male is about four feet and the female five .
Their is another E.c.assissi that is smaller but I've only seen pic and don't know much about them.
If I ever get a digi camera I'll post some pics.
