female tokay only laid one clutch?

my female tokay laid a fertile clutch back in may, a large vertical log fell on the containder that was over them and destroyed both eggs, she eats like crazy and her food is always dusted with calcium and D3, she's not even gravid anymore so she's not eggbound.. any explanations?
