crickets and potatoes

is it ok to use potatoes as one of the foods i feed to my crickets that i feed to my beardie?? just checkin

They are fine. They help to provide moisture for them as an alternative to water, because crickets will drown in water. I just wouldn't advice it as the only food to give them.

For my own crickets, in addition to potatoes or oranges for moisture, I also give all the stalks from the greens I chop for my lizard's salads, some of the greens themselves, and rep-cal pellets.
