YAY I don't know if anyone remembers my previous dilemma...my turtle had an ear abscess and it would've costed 400 to get it fixed. So I called up like every vet in san francisco (my hometown)and everyone made me pay up front and it was all very expensive so right when I was about to give up hope, I found this place that was half an hour away that could do the surgery for only 30 dollars. I'm so happy my turtle is fixed!!! 400 is a lot of money for a turtle..I was going to actually pay for all of it too! So the lesson of the story is to shop around! Her head is still a little swollen, shes a bit slow but I think she'll be better soon. Thanks guys!
