A few of my eggs have started to seep fluid and collapse between day 40-45 with no hatchlings. What is happening and what, if anything can be done to reverse it or prevent this fate for the rest of my eggs (about 60)?

Just a few things to consider../ Is there correct humidity? (to high or low), is the temp still within limits(ie 80-90 degrees)? have the eggs been turned or dropped? I lost a container with eggs the same way you described when my son had a curiousity attack at looked at all the eggs and probably have turned them.
You may have already checked these things but thought I'd give it a go

I believe that I have satisfied all these conditions. Should I cut open the eggs to see if there are any salvagable babies? I have not done this yet because I am afraid. What a wuss, right.
