Need to sell albino burm. Fair price?

I find myself out of work, moving to a smaller apartment and needing to downsize my collection. A friend has offered to buy my 6 ft female albino burm. She is in perfect health and eating f/t rats, she can be snippy at times but is generally handlable. I would just give him the snake but I really need the money and he doesn't mind paying. That said, what is a reasonable price for said snake?
