Im getting back into reptiles again after my son found a RES on the side or the road, and brought it home for me to attend to. it had been out of water for a quite some time, its skin was very dry and pealing. We've had him at home for about a month now and he is doing VERY well, and eating great.
I put the little turtle in a 10gal tank, with a basking dock i picked up at petsmart. this should keep him going until we get a 55gal tank resurected from the garage and filled with goodies for "Shell" (the turtles name)
