Any blacklight or Red light w/ UV avaiable ?

UVA or UVA? I'm pretty sure you misunderstand the concept but please repharse the question. UV is ultraviolet. Red bulbs mainly put out infra red (heat). "Blacklights" that you see in the pet store are purple colored light bulbs which also put out mainly infra red. You dont want to use the real black lights which make your white clothes glow, this is very harmfull at close and prolongued exposures.

Not really sure why you would want that...Natural UV comes from sunlight, hence at night the geckos wouldn't be receiving UV, therefore you wouldn't really need a nighttime UV source, would you? I am assuming that you only want the red or black light to allow you to view the geckos, so why the UV?
