GET A BOOK. All through the forums you are always posting messages, asking questions that could easily be answered, and are most likely covered as topics in any book. There is also the internet, it helps as well. Good luck to ya

Almost any pet store will have good books, go in a pet store, and ask them if you can see the reptile books they have for sale. Flip through some of the pages and if you think it has the info you are looking for, buy it. I have this one painted turtle, red eared slider book, I don't remember the title though.
