how much do probes cost to sex my new king that i still need a good picture of my new cali king could i pic them up at my local pet store

It is very easy to sex a colubrid. Post a nice pic of the underside of his/ her tail. Just about any of us in here can tell you the sex just by looking if it is a subadult or larger.

Is it a hatchling? Take it back to the petstore and ask the reptile expert to "pop it" for you.

Probes are dangerous to use if you do not know what you are doing - and I get the feeling you don't (no offense).

lol i dont know how to use them it is about 2 or 3 years old because my dad cought it but is the calmest snake in world history...... lol.but i whant to start breeding them because i love snakes.......long storie. but in two days i can have a picture because my dad is a firefighter and he brought the camera to work that is where my dad found my snake. also how do i delete old pictures that i posted a while ago and i dont need do i go to photo gallery to delete them or what???

Probing is the ONLY way to get 100% accuracy. I've been burned by some of the so called experts at popping. How would you feel about spending good money on a female, only to find out 3 years down the road that it's a male? Yep. It happend to me twice this year. I probe everything......including hatchlings. It's simple with the right set of probes.

Click on the pic, scroll down to where it says edit photo. I think there is a delete function on the edit page. This will remove the photo from the account.
