Assuming that the animal was found within the range of Regina rigida, that's what it is. Remember that this site can be viewed from anywhere in the world, & there are similar snake species in various parts of the world.

Definitely is Regina rigida from what I can tell. That belly and whole body color/shape are definitely indicative of rigida.
