Do you mean "okeetee" as in the color phase? If so, then it is merely a matter of degrees that separates the two.
Okeetee phased animals, what I call "lookeetees" have that okeetee "look" in that they have: dark, thick black checks on their bellies and outlines of their saddles; deep red saddles, and an orange to orange red ground coloration. The more drastically these characteristics are exemplified, the "better" an example of the phase the individual is. Normals oftentimes will have the very same colors involved, but are not so breath-taking in their appearance.
Locality okeetees (so-called because of the Okeetee Hunt Club from which they originate) can look anything like that or nothing at all like the above description. In that regard, the coloration is relatively irrelevant, except as to which locality animal happens to strike one's fancy or not.
