Golden Pastel

SoonerState Jul 12, 2004 07:11 PM

This little girl hatched here at the beginning of July. We bred a Pastel to a girl we call Paprika because of the rich red color some of her offspring show.

Graziani line pastel

KWEFriend Jul 12, 2004 08:42 PM

WOW.... she is awesome. Can you post pics of her mother and the red offspring from the mother?

Murphinski Jul 12, 2004 09:06 PM

Very interesting!

So let's see if I have this right....????

Graziani line pastels have produced awesome stonewash looking pastels..(and even a stonewashed super duper)....multiple times..(by various breeders and including this one).....hmmm?

JMO.....but I see no justification for a $5k priced Ruppel line that is supposedly the real deal...........kinda puts a damper on things.....lol

Thanx and Congrats again on the purdy female!

what a great looking pastel! Maybe something genetic with mom, too?

Jolliff Jul 12, 2004 09:41 PM

That is an interesting look for a Pastel. Have any pix of the reddish offspring the female produces or of the female that produces them?

click on the small pics in the bottom right corner to see some bigger ones. The single pic of the pastel on our site is the father. Thanks for the comments. We don't know how much she is worth and won't either, she's a keeper.
