White things next to my crested's tail

sallybob Jul 12, 2004 09:10 PM

What are the two white things next to my crested's tail? There is no bulge yet but I wasn't sure if the two white things appear on male and female geckos or just male. I have only had my crested for one week so I still have questions...

It's cool, I went to my reptile shop around here, and I was talking about me getting my crested tommorow morning, and he showed me them on his females tail, so no big deal don't worry about it. Thank you

ps: If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

Those are clocal spurs. Both sexes have them, but they are more prominent on males. About how old is your Crested? That would
help determine if it is male or female. They're perfectly normal, nothing to worry about.
