Helix thermostat questions

I have a helix DBS 1000 and was wondering when you use the night drop module can you program the temp that it drops to. I want to have it drop to 85 degrees at night ad was just curious if the module can do this. Also does anybody know where they sell replacement probes mine is getting kinda beat up and I need a longer one.
