Snakes in WA State

I am going up to Cle Elum and the Columbia Basin this weekend (Moses Lake mostly) and was wondering what types of snakes I can find at this time of the summer, and more importantly where to look? I am used to Australian snakes, so do not worry about me getting bit by a rattler or the rare Night Snake (that is the one with rear fangs right?).

-I am mostly interested in Gopher and Bull snakes, since I am not even fast enough to catch a Racer (haha... ive gotten slower), But it still would be nice to know where to look.

OT- I am also interested in Scorpions and Praying Mantises/SageBrush Lizards and (if not endangered) Horned Lizards... that is if they still are alive up there.
