humidity

what is a good humidity level for bosc monitors?also what is a good feeding schedule and or diet that has been succesful for you guys?any input will be appreciated

I keep the humidity level at about 40-60%, usaully at the lower end.
As for feeding, juvies get as many supplimented crix as they can daily with pinkies/fuzzies every now and then. As they get older I give them less insects, more meat with things like eggs, mice/rats, and ground turkey mix(PE's mix). But these guys can get fat fast so be sure not to over do it. Also in the wild these guys eat a lot of insects, so be sure to give even the bigger ones insects like roaches every now and then.
