A while ago I posted about buying a Pacman from a pet store and I got the advice not to do so. Now I'm thinking, how about asking a petstore ordering a new frog dircetly from the breeder(where they get it in the first place) and buy the frog the day it comes in? One more question: How many crickets do I feed a juvenile frog each time? How do I know my pacman is full?

Thanks in advance

Well I have 3 pac-mans right now 2 adult one baby, and I raised mine on goldfish not crickets, I feed my babies 2-3 small goldfish every 3-4 days, it's better to underfeed than over feed because I had one die from being over fed, it saddened me a lot because it was the most beautiful one I had ever seen. And as they grow I offer bigger goldfish less frequently so now I feed my biggest frog about 6 goldfish 6 large goldfish on the first and 3rd week of the month and 1 small mouse on the 3rd and 4th week, and the other adult 6 large goldfish every week because he don't like mice(go figure). Well I hope my rambling is of some help.

I would only do that if it is a reputable shop, and its animals are being cared for great and in spotless containers. I think it would be cheaper for you to order the frog yourself, but I know that is not always practical (I can't get things shipped because my driveway is almost a mile long and you practically need a 4x4 truck to navigate it.) As long as the shop properly cares for the animals, it should be ok. But a rfog can be had for a much cheaper price if you order it yourself and cut out the middle man, wish I could.
