eating questions

i have the tank setup; high end 83-85, low end 79-82, plenty of hides on both sides, fresh water, uth, and baskin light, bought okeete about 3 weeks old from reliable pet shop about 4 days ago, any tips on feeding, i havent had problems with corns this age before, even newly purchased, they usually just gobble food down. any help is appreciated thanks for your time.
