premature-eggsack help

Short story:
Baby's gut is open and egg yolk is hanging open. What to do?
Long story:
I had a clutch go bad on me and one egg remained semi-decent looking. This morning I found it slit open and the baby snake peeking out. There remained two wormy eggs attached to it and decided to try and remove them so that the worms did not attack the baby, In the process of cutting off the attached eggs, baby crawled out and onto my hand looking very healthy except for an open abdomen with the egg sack still hanging. I hope it's just the egg sack and not the intestines! I have her now in a clean (but not sterile) deli-cup and need advice on how to proceed. Can she be saved?

My suggestions - Leave it in the deli cup, keep the bottom of the container slightly moist, leave the container in the dark, leave the animal alone. Maybe consider covering the snake with a wet paper towel. Good luck.
