For some reason or another, my Eastern Fox Snake has stopped eating... and I'm not sure why. I looked him over and found no external problems, and observed him for quite awhile and he is acting normally except for not eating.
He doesn't even pay attention to the food (frozen mice), no matter if he's eating in his cage or in a plastic box (via forceps). I've tried various sizes of frozen without success.
Is there any chance that they "fast"? Or should I try live mice?
Currently he's about 4 ft long and he used to eat adult mice. It's been 3 weeks since his last meal, and before he ate every week.
Seemingly he hasn't lost any weight either...
Any ideas?
