Question about pairing geckos...

linuxchick Jul 14, 2004 01:57 PM

Currently I have a younger female... I am honestly not sure of her age but I know shes young by her size and markings.... Is it ok to put a larger male in with her? I want to get a few more geckos but I wasnt sure if they all need to be in the same size range or if its ok to mix? I know I should only have 1 male.

you cannot put a large male with a youing female. he might try to mate and injure her badly. you may pair her with a young female close to her size and weight. if you do, make to watch both closely for fighting and domination.
