Is it a female? What species? How old? Are the chams in the same cage together? We need some more information to help you!

It sounds like she's developing eggs. They can start really young (its not a good idea to keep males and females together for breeding until they are about a year old, but you won't know if your chams mated or not since they were together). You need to get ready for egg laying. The eggs may be fertile, but females do produce infertile egg clutches periodically anyway. There are some recent articles on egglaying, incubation, caring for gravid females etc. on this site you should read.

and the elephants feed YOU peanuts, than your fat!

Okay okay, i'm sorry! I couldnt help but post fat joke after seing gutloaders post. anyway, You'll know your chameleon is too fat when you see lumpy skin surfaces on both sides of her rib area, when you look at your chameleon from the top. If her limps are really rounded and ...well...fat..then you're chameleon is too fat.
