I have used CGD for the entirety of my cresteds' lives but I would like to add some variety staples.
Of the three in the topic, which are my best bet? I would like to raise a colony of whatever prey item.

I believe silkies are more nutritious, but some cresties may not recognize them as food because they're not as fast as crickets.

My crested just stared at them, then when I was removing them one was on a silk thread so I dangled it near him and he ate it. I got him to eat 2 this way.
