Japanese Rat Snake pics....

Millionpoundbomb Jul 14, 2004 11:56 PM

A couple posts down I saw a hatchling and I thought it was beautiful. I was wondering if I could see some more pics, preferably adults.

Thanks in advance.

As much as I hate following one of Thomas Harrison's japanese rat snake pic posts, here's a pic per your request.

Thanks for the kind words Terry ( : This turquoise girl was from Ronda at Northwestern Herpetoculture. I've tried to capture her colors but I think it's time to upgrade my camera (There are better pictures of her on Ronda's website).

Nice to see you producing Climacs again David. Thanks for posting the pic of one of your proven female breeders. Nice color on her.

I really like the coloring of the green adults, is that the general color of the species? Also, are they only naturally located in Japan?

Also, what is thier care like? I have Beauties and Flavirufa, is it anymore difficult than them? How much do hatchlings to adults usually run for?

Sorry for all the annoying questions, but a herp show is coming in a couple weeks and I am deciding what to get.

Thanks again for all the pictures, it is really appreciated.
