i have a 2 baby res
one of them have 2 swollen cheeks on her face

is there any thing I can do ?

Take her to the vet, those are ear abcesses which can be fatal if not operated on by a vet.

I agree, the only thing you can do until you take them to a turtle vet is keep them warm 85-88 degrees. They need injectable antibiotics. Double check your environment for them and see if you have any housing or diet problems that would cause them to get ill.
