Canadian/American border?

Is it possible to get leos across the border? I have been looking for some kind of official doccument on this, but so far I have found nothing on reptiles. It would be shipped to Pt. Roberts washington, picked up by my dad (dual citizen) then travel across the border home to vancouver. So dose anybody have any experences with the border? or know who i can contact about this? would it be better just to ship directly to canada?

I was also wondering if the shipping company would have information on cross border shipping? or what carrier will do it at all?
