I need help with collared lizards!!

Can i keep 2 in a 29 gallon or do i need bigger? Also, anywhere online where they are cheap with shipping? Thanks

Yes you can, but like I say bigger is better, great for one, and tight for 2 but you can do it.

Depending what kind you may have decided on, you can look in the kingsnake classifieds, or just ask any breeders on here to email you, and tell them what you have in mind. As it can not be done on the forum.

I only have a few eggs right now, thats why I did not get futher into it on the other forum with you. Plus you just asked for suggesations on a good smaller desert type lizard.

And this is one of the BEST in my Book !

are some wild caughts you will find in classifieds, for 10.00 but they will cost more in the long run, usually have worms, other parisites, some have to be force fed, until they acclimate.

Not good for someone just starting out.

Your better getting a captive bred, nicer pet. Can run 20.00 - 45.00 for most species. A little higher if extremely colorful.

A few other species like C. Dickersonae and C. Vestigium are much more expensive.

You would most likely be interested in C. Collaris many different colors available.
