Got a new digital camera today took a few pics of 4 of my boas before batteries needed recharged an I downsized them to 640 by 480 an turned them into jpegs an when I upload them to the kingsnake photo gallery they upload but no pic just a red x,an they are their taking up space in my photo gallery but no pics!What am I doing wrong?Thanks Hypoboa

I have that problem before, and I change the file name. In your file name, don't put any sepical character like (-, &, /, , ect.). Also make sure your file size is small enough to upload. Thanks. Eric

I'VE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. MOST OF MY PROBLEM IS THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL IS TO THICK. I'VE FOUND OUT ALOT OF THESE CAMERAS HAVE SETTINGS FOR INTERNET PICS. I STILL HAVE'NT CHECKED WITH MY CAMERA BUT I'M SURE IT'S THERE. YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THAT OUT WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE. JUST TRYING TO HELP CAUSE I'M SURE THIS IS MY PROBLEM. HOPE THIS HELPS.
