my bp stopped eating......

i have a female bp and normally she eats every 4 days.....but the last two feedings she smells the mouse but does not attack.....shes about 1000g rite now....im thinking her tub is too small....would that be a possible reason she stop eating....she looks healthy....no runs in her mouth or nose...still alert....so any advice would be appreciated...thanks

Don't change the size of tub. They love to stay in small tub. I would use a newpaper to cover the tub or make a hide box for her. raise the temp. about 5 to 10 degree for couple days. Eric

At 1000 grams she could be taking rats. Try a small rat if you can.

I'd not be too worried. Sometimes Balls can be picky (not to mention she's a lady For a picker-upper, sometimes a change in diet can do the trick. Consider a hampster, gerbil or something of the like. If that doesn't work, try placing her in a shoebox with something like a papertowel for substrate and leaving her alone for 30 minutes to an hour. Afterwards, place a f/t prey item in the box with her and let her be for another 30 minutes to an hour. Sometimes they'll be picky about their diet or their scenary.
