these babies are from the hypo het/albino "possible het anery" male I was hoping to produce hybinos from * X an anerythristic female, to "test" him for anerythrism.

So these babies are het for hypo and het for anery -- they're double het for ghost -- AND they each have a 50% chance of being het albino, because the father's a het.

Also in the clutch were two anerythristics, proving the male IS het/anery as well. So he's actually hypo double het for anery and for albino.

* RE: the hypo het/albino female i bred x this male to produce hybinos (the 25% of offspring that were albinos would BE hybinos since all the babies have to be hypos from that pairing) ...

she went thru her prelay shed, or what i thought was her prelay shed, but did not seem to lay. did she "resorb"? Did she lay and eat the eggs? were the "eggs" i felt actually just big ova that never shelled? there are various theories, but the results are the same: no eggs. She appears gravid again but hasn't been very responsive to the male, though he pursues her. So maybe she's still going to prdouce this year but i'm not counting on it.
