i did a quick drawing in paint of what my cage will look like when i am done.. it will basicall be a 5 foot square.. which will give my igg enough room plus he is always roaming in my room or the yard..

It looks like it will be beautiful! I personally also think it is very nice that you let your iguana roam around a bit too.
Also, just because I'm curious and don't know you and your iguana, how big is s/he?

he is around 4 feet but is missing some of his tail from before i got him
