Sire is an amel cornsnake, he is just under 5 feet in length,4 yrs old.Dam is a 50-50 california king approx 3.5 feet. The male is substantially larger than the female, so less likely to be eaten by her. I also keep a female snow corn and a male abberant cal king in my collection, so I placed both the cal king and corn males together in the same sweater box and did the same with the female corn and king to scent them. The vented boxes are set side by side so the males and females can smell their proper mates. When the male king begins mounting the make corn I pair them up,corn to king, and they get down to business. I have not yet been able to get any viable eggs from the female corn,though....just slugs.
