My chinese water dragon's eye looks like there is a huge blister on it! It's clear eyelid (not sure of technical name) is opaque and swollen immensely! It honestly looks like a blister that I just want to pop so that he can see again! Any suggestions?

may have been from his water, If it has not gotton any better since you posted this, I personally would ask a Vet.
I don't like messing with their eyes! Just the way you explain the swelling, tells you there is some kind of infection going on.
Let us know how he is, hope he feels better soon.
