I would take her to a vet tht deals with herps. A friend of mine had a boa that was just as you described. The vet asked a lot of ?'s to try to find the problem, he did an examination, a fecal, and showed us how to administered flagyl and it was ony $38. Although the boas fecal didn't show anything out of the ordinary a round of Flagyl did help and the little guy has began to grow slowly.
I think many poeple are afraid to take their boa to the vet because they think that it will cost alot. IMO $38 was worth it don't you agree?

The possibilty of parasites does increase with feeding live or fresh killed, is this the way you have been feeding it?

Also, a good vet can do a manualprobing-scrape, can't recall the exact terminology at the moment, in order to get enough poo out to do a fecal with to determine if any parasites and what type are or may be present.
Then again, they may just take the shotgun approach and treat with both panacur and metronizidole (flagyl)

Either way, if parasites are the issue, which it does sound like that, it will help immensely in the long run.
