how big should a black throat monitor be after 9 months of age?
Theres no correct answer to that question, its solely based on genetics and husbandry, so as long as its healthy and thriving i wouldn't worry about such things.

They can grow to 5-6ft in one years time. I have seen my female reach 5ft at a year old (10 months after I got her), and Ive heard of a guy in Europe who suposedly had one reach 6ft at a year old, bith example are CBB animals by the way.
