Sunglow and Snows

Hi,

What does everyone think of the new sunglow morph that The Urban Gecko is producing? I think they're lovely! Pricey though.

I was looking at their snow line too. Not as attractive as Albey's snows, IMHO. I prefer snow leos with well defined spots. The pure white and inky black (on Albey's best snow breeders) is such a pleasing contrast. I think Urban Gecko's snow line looks more like a variety of pastel or ghost. What do some others here think?

I would agree about the sunglows...NICE & IMO way overpriced. But they have the right to ask whatever price, their geckos are good quality also. Most of what you pay for is a name though. I also agree about the snows. K&N produced some awesome snows this year. I was going to contact them about selling one or 2.

The sunglows are a bit overpriced..

Snows have been around for years, they have just been put down and pushed aside as nothing special..Now everyone wants to jump in on them and ask outrageous prices for them..

I love snows... i think I'd rather have an all white one instead of an all dark one... but I can' afford $200 per female breeder either... oh well the snow project waits for prices. The other thing with snows is that they usually all look like a grade when born, but yellow comes in later, so most breeders wait until subadult or adult to sell them. This adds to expense.
