Hi all. This is a pic of the female albino red plains garter I just got. The male is barely visible in the right of the pic.

I also wanted to add a little bit of info about these two snakes. In '02 I was living in Grinnel, IA. and I found an albino red plains garter in our backyard. I put an ad on the net about it and received a phone call from Scott that night. A deal was struck and I shipped the snake to Scott in NC. Scott has since bred the origional that I caught to a double het for snow red plains and the resulting offspring are what is pictured above. The origional snake that I caught can be viewed on Scott's site as the "albino red plains". There is a short paragraph under the pic from Scott verifying all that I've said.
I just wanted to add that because finding a wild albino is still the highlight of my reptile keeping life. Scott did an excellent job with breeding the origional. My hat goes off to him.
