Hello,

I have had 2 W.C Adult Satanics for about a month now. They are eating about 5 crickets each a night dusted with leopard gecko ICB and other minerals. They are gaining weight very nicely. I want to start giving them Flagyl to treat them for parasites. The reptile vet I called seemed pretty clueless towards uroplatus.
What's a safe dosage of flagyl?
How often should they receive it?
How long before I should get a fecal check while treating them?

I think you should find a herp vet. There are a few different ways the meds are administered based on the amount of infection or just by preference of the vet. My suggestion: get the fecal done first. Two weeks after this, get another fecal done. If both come up clean, you don't need to stress the geckos out by medicating them. If they don't, the vet will prescribe all of the proper drugs. Flagyl only kills a few of the many parasites affecting your WC geckos.
