tell me if this is a sign of inclusion body disease

i was in a pet shop in ann arbor michigan and the had a juvenile burm and the guy let me hold it and as i was holding it it's movement were usome what unnatural and sporadic and when it he put it back into the tank it turn the upper half of its body upside down and stared paceing around the tank rubbing its head on the floor of the tank. my concern is they had a nice looking columbian boa and a bunch of balls in the same tank as the burm
