Northern Pine

Terry, look familiar? Tried to show the pink hues this snake has between the patterning but can not pick it up with my camera.

Thanks for posting a pic Rich. I really miss the adult breeders we had. It will be great for the person or persons who pick up the 2 pairs of unrelated traced bloodlines you have. Maybe things will fall into place so I can pick them up. I always favored the red overtones in the ground color that a lot of the Burlington County, New Jersey Pine Barrens Northerns seemed to have. The black with a lot of white ground color are nice to. I just think that the red overtones especially on a big female makes them look real impressive. Just my opinion and view.

Billy, this one is a yearling Ginter Line pine. Arrived here thru the breeding of them by KRRC.

These seem to show much pink between the patterning toward the rear of the snakes then our other line that originated from stock collected just south of Whiting. The other stock shows more of a heavy BOLD black blotching on the front third of the snakes.

Hitting Daytona this year?

Rich......

That snake is killer! Ginter's line is very nice as I had the pleasure to check out what was most likely the parents or grandparents of that pine you have pictured last Oct. with my visit to Ginter. His pines are I believe Burlington Co. Here is a pic of mine.

You were talking about pink/red in your pine. Yep....mine shown here has that as well. He is a Burlington Co. as well and for the life of me, I can't get his red scales and small red blotches on camera!

Yeah....I will be in Daytona! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

Take care!
Billy
